Seth Godin on Eggheads

I'll admit, I've taken creative license with the headline, Seth Godin didn't call anyone an egghead. He did reprise a bit he wrote several years ago titled, On self determination, however. And is there anything more eggheaded than sitting in a box, incapable of independent action or decision? Mind you, I'm not advising everyone to pull a Howard Roark, and there is certainly value in collaborative effort, but at a certain point, you have to take a risk and do something rather than occupy yourself with talking about doing something.
